SureChEMBL compound data dump

All the SureChEMBL compounds can be found on the FTP server, or directly clicking on the 'Downloads' button present on the website header.

Access to the FTP server from the SureChEMBL interface

The folder contains the minimally filtered SureChEMBL compound data dump. The two file formats (a tab-separated txt and a SD) contain the ID, SMILES/CTAB, InChI and InChIKey compound information.

The SureChEMBL compound data dump is updated quarterly with new incremental updates.
