# SureChEMBL compound data dump

All the SureChEMBL compounds can be found on the [FTP server](https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/chembl/SureChEMBL/data/), or directly clicking on the 'Downloads' button present on the website header.

The folder contains the minimally filtered SureChEMBL compound data dump. The two file formats (a tab-separated txt and a SD) contain the ID, SMILES/CTAB, InChI and InChIKey compound information.

The SureChEMBL compound data dump is updated quarterly with new incremental updates.
