Search interface overview
What accessing the SureChEMBL landing page, the search interface displays. It allows you to perform different kinds of search.

Patent query | A freestyle search field for performing either a simple text search or a more complex Solr query search. Note: See Solr query fields and examples for more details on the Solr query fields |
Search by structure | Marvin JS, a JavaScript based chemical structure drawing tool from ChemAxon. Note: See Chemical search for more details on the search by structure |
Date filter | A mechanism for selecting documents based on the publication date. Note: See Date filter for more details on how to restrain the patent search on a time period |
Simple text search
Provide the desired search text, and filtering.
Click on Search. The system returns quickly the search results.
